Saffron for Intermediaries continues webinar series with a FTB Joint Buyer Sole Proprietor Mortgage discussion and a 'Criteria Clinic'
Wednesday 21 October 2020 09:43 Press release
Following the success of the first SFI Live webinar, Saffron for Intermediaries, the business development team from Saffron Building Society, is pleased to announce the second webinar of the series. Taking place from 11am on Friday 23rd October, this webinar will focus on the Joint Buyer Sole Proprietor - first-time buyer mortgage, plus a discussion on gifted deposits. The second half will give intermediaries the opportunity to ask case-specific questions in the ‘Criteria Clinic’.
SFI Live is currently a regular programme of webinars, on-demand videos and will be including podcasts, communications on hot topics of discussion in the industry, education around new and existing products and updating intermediaries with useful information – for them and for their clients.
Tony Hall (Interim Head of Mortgage Sales) and Holly Andrews (BDM Team Leader), from Saffron for Intermediaries, will be on the panel to discuss options for first time buyers, gifted deposits and will open up to viewers for questions relating to criteria for all products. This will be a live and interactive webinar, with independent host Jay Evans receiving questions from the viewers and putting them to the panel during the broadcast.
Tony Hall, Interim Head of Mortgage Sales at Saffron Building Society, comments: “The first SFI Live was such a success, and it was great to communicate directly with brokers in a fresh, modern and different way. Whilst this time we will be initially discussing the current situation for first time buyers – in particular providing insight into the Joint Buyer Sole Proprietor mortgage and gifted deposits – in the second webinar of the series we are really opening up the floor for intermediaries to ask case-specific questions relating to criteria. We will be live, and Holly and I will try to answer as many questions as we can in the hour available, so we would encourage as many people as possible to join us, if they can.”
SFI LIVE will be broadcast online from 11am on Friday 23rd October. If you are a broker or distributor and would like to be involved in the live and interactive webinar, you can sign up via this link: https://event.webinarjam.com/register/14/05pw1t7
Anyone unable to view the live webinar should sign up and they will be informed when the on-demand video is available to view online.
