A 2022 Re-fresh
SFI LIVE was developed during the pandemic and has been a staple in the mortgage and property webinar calendar, watched live by hundreds of brokers every month, with many more watching on demand. The format was an instant success as it focused on education around products, criteria changes, and the underwriting process.
However, times have changed and the needs of intermediaries, and their clients are also changing. What has been evident throughout all the live interactions is that brokers have issues that they want to raise, problems they wish to discuss and answers they need from us (and other lenders). SFI LIVE will therefore have a fresh, new format for the 2022/23 season launching this summer.
Dealing with the real issues
Having launched Intermediar-ease in May 2022, the primary focus for Saffron for Intermediaries is to make dealing with the society easier, and ease some of the burdens that exist and remain. From July 2022, SFI LIVE will start to pick apart these issues, answer brokers questions and hopefully deliver the answers they need. An open forum for conversation about anything, from:
• Issues with products or criteria
• Communication issues
• Specific Case Questions
• Problems with external sources such as sourcing systems
• Understanding specialist product processes - such as self-build, development finance
• Issues around affordability and how to submit a successful application
Whatever your issue, we would like to hear from you and address it, live.
New Panel Guests
The diverse panel from Saffron will remain, spearheaded by Tony Hall and supported by Deborah Tedder, Intermediary Team Leader and the BDM team with host, Jay Evans asking the questions.
The panel will also be joined by expert guests each month to assist in the response to brokers issues.
Listening to you
We need mortgage brokers to assist us too. We need to understand your woes, experiences, and questions to form each one-hour webinar. Details of how you can get in touch will be released very soon.
