To reduce the upfront costs for your clients this summer, as the cost-of-living scorches bank balances, Saffron has melted away our application fees across the Self-Build range so that the funds can be used to go towards your clients dream home.
We’ve removed the SVR increase
Following the Base Rate increase in June, it was required that we raise our SVR. However, as a tempting treat for your clients, we have excluded our Self-Build range from this SVR increase, in fact the new highly competitive rates in the two standard Self-Build mortgages are discounted even further than the original rate.
